These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Қазез Арслан Ерікұлы (Individual Entrepreneur) ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), located at г. Алматы, Медеуский район, пр. Назарбаева 269А, Казахстан, concerning your access to and use of the JET Tech mobile application (the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. DEFINITIONS

Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service
Service: The mobile application and all related services provided by the Company
User Content: Data, information, and content provided by you through the Service
Financial Services: Money transfer, payment processing, and related financial operations

3. ELIGIBILITY
To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Reside in a jurisdiction where our Service is available
Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable laws
Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Fees are automatically deducted from your account balance or payment method
We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice

7. PROHIBITED USES
You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
Facilitate fraudulent or deceptive transactions
Transmit viruses or malicious code
Impersonate another person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Engage in unauthorized commercial activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Service in any way that could damage our reputation

8. USER CONTENT AND DATA

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
Results from using the Service will meet your requirements

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
13.1 Exclusion of Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Service interruptions
Computer damage or system failure
Cost of substitute services

13.2 Cap on Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13.3 Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your User Content
Any fraudulent or illegal activity

15. TERMINATION
15.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:

Contacting customer support
Following the account closure process in the app

15.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

You breach these Terms
We are required to do so by law
We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
You provide false information
Continued provision of Service becomes unlawful

15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will cease
Pending transactions may be cancelled
You must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to holds)
Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kazakhstan International Arbitrage.
16.3 Jurisdiction
For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

Posting revised Terms in the app
Sending email notification
In-app notification

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
19. WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
22. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In case of any conflict, the original version shall prevail.

In-app messages
SMS messages (with your consent)

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
25.1 Push Notifications
By using our Service, you agree to receive push notifications for:

Transaction confirmations and alerts
Security notifications
Account updates
Service announcements
Marketing messages (only with your explicit consent)

You may opt-out of non-essential push notifications through your device settings or app preferences. However, certain critical notifications related to security and compliance cannot be disabled.
